Bespoke Sales Training for Firms
We offer private business and client development training and coaching to firms. The training is customized to meet the objectives and demands of the specific firm. The service includes free consulting to educate you about best practices and determine your training needs. The mode of delivery is a combination of in-person workshops at the client site and synchronous virtual sessions via our learning management system. Recommended engagement length is 6 to 24 months.
Business development Strategy
We assist legal firms in the development and implementation of business development strategy, guiding you through a myriad of issues including identifying sales team and selling system, budgeting, determining performance metrics and evaluation policies, and selecting the lead generation tools that fit your firm identify and client profile. Our pricing depends primarily on firm size and the complexity of the engagement. The recommended engagement length is 60-90 days because we believe that decisive actions breed greater success. However, engagement length is not a key factor in our pricing. Therefore, firms have the freedom to take as much time as is necessary to gain internal consensus.
Retreat & Conference Appearances
Our attorney development seminars and panels are 1-2 hour interactive presentations on sales ethics and/or the sales process for attorneys. We typically deliver these seminars during attorney retreats or law firm management meetings or as the attorney development component of legal conferences. Appearances include CLE credit (for ethics seminars) or up to 20 complimentary eBook downloads or 10 hard cover copies of the trade book Sales for Lawyers: How to Sell within the Rules of Professional Conduct (for business development seminars). Two-hour presentations include both CLE credit and complimentary books.
