Sales Training Enterprise Level

We offer group and private business development training exclusively to JDs and practicing attorneys. Our in-person offering is a 3-day immersive workshop offered once each year. We cover personal branding and lead generation, sales conversion (including simulated sales pitches), Bar rules, and sales administration (budgeting, forecasting, CRM management, etc.).  Our virtual offering covers the same content at a slower pace so that you can absorb one concept before moving to the next. Finally, we offer private training to firms. This training is bespoke to meet the needs and goals of the specific firm. It includes free consulting to determine training needs. The recommended engagement length is 6 to 24 months.

Consulting & Strategy Services

We assist legal firms in the development and implementation of business development strategy, guiding you through a myriad of issues including identifying sales team and selling system, budgeting, performance metrics and evaluation policies, and selecting the lead generation tools that fit your firm identify and client profile. Our pricing depends primarily on firm size and the complexity of the engagement. The recommended engagement timeframe is 60-90 days because we believe that decisive actions breed greater success. However, the amount of time a firm needs is not a key factor in our pricing. Therefore, firms have the freedom to take as much time as is necessary to gain internal consensus.
