What Is eLearning ?
eLearning is web-based training delivered through a Learning Management System or LMS. Our program is mostly asynchronous where the lessons are pre-recorded and can be completed at your leisure. The remainder of our program is synchronous, interactive training. We use proprietary learning aids and a system proven to work in both start-up and established legal firms. We solve your problem of not wanting to be a salesperson by showing you how to solve your clients’ problem of wanting a lawyer who is a business partner and trusted advisor. Through interactive exercises and lectures we teach you to:

You get access to the platform for 12 months. Coaching is limited to two 15-minute calls per attorney. A payment plan offers the option to pay in equal quarterly installments. Autopay or direct deposit is required + a one-time $200 processing fee applies. In-person kick-off session includes onboarding plus a pep talk to motivate your team to embrace business development. Travel expenses are billed to the client. Review our terms & conditions for other company policies. Scholarship: if you buy extra seats, we can give them to a Legal Aid or other lower-income attorney for you. It will help provide access to justice down market. We’ll even name the scholarship after your firm.
