Rainmakers is a professional development company providing business development coaching and training to lawyers and other SMEs (subject matter experts). Founded by an attorney and business development pro, the company launched in late 2019 as a face-to-face sales training company. However, because we know that virtually none of the 1,000,000+ licensed attorneys have had exposure to business development either in law school or at work, we developed our online Rainmakers “Relationships to Revenues” curriculum to help strong networkers monetize their connections.
We also have an Access to Justice (A2J) curriculum which helps consumer attorneys build profitable volume practices to serve the working class. We’re proud that our A2J Track helps the legal profession meet its obligation to serve the entire market for legal services rather than concentrating solely on enterprise clients.
Rainmakers is an interactive eLearning program that teaches client acquisition and client development skills using LMS technology and proprietary sales content.

About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador role is a “side-hustle” marketing role ideal for persons experienced in digital marketing, recruitment, or who have relationships in the legal industry. The duties are to introduce attorneys to Rainmakers by referring them to the website verbally or by using various tracked marketing tools.
Brand Ambassadors receive marketing tools and marketing content together with support from the company and are free to choose the most effective ways to engage with their personal contacts and social media groups depending upon their individual networking and social media skillset.
The program is fully remote, including the enrollment and payment functions. Therefore, there’s virtually no administrative work required of Ambassadors. Ambassadors spend their time identifying attorneys and engaging with them. The estimated time commitment is 10-12 hours per month.
What’s in It for You: Ambassadors are paid a 20% commission for referrals who become clients. There is no cap on compensation; however, the estimated compensation for new Ambassadors is $3,000 to $5,000 per month. Income is reported on Form 1099. Ambassadors who wish to purchase benefits through the company may enroll in our health, dental, and vision plans using payroll deductions. Ambassadors also are encouraged to enroll in our business development training programs for free. The promotion track for the role is to a full-time position in consumer sales.
